City Meet

PARKING PASSES

Will be available for pickup at all practices tomorrow (Wednesday). This will be only for those that pre-ordered. Those on a waitlist, we need to see how many we have left after making sure coaches have their parking passes.

VOLUNTEER JOBS

Last night we received our required jobs. We must fill these jobs or our team will be docked points. Please reference job descriptions below.

• Awards: Meet at upstairs meet management room after checking in SATURDAY ONLY, to process team medals and ribbons.
• Relay Take Off (Jump) Judge: ONE person for all 3 relays (mixed, medley, and freestyle) ensure no early starts off the block.

• Timer: time all races. There is a required virtual timers meeting, Wednesday 7/22/26 at 7 PM - all timers must attend, Timer Meeting
• Runners: meet at clerk of course tent after checking in .
• KRC Team Clerk: Blast alerts in Swimtopia informing OUR team which events are being seated. TO ENSURE SEEING YOUR SWIMMER CONSIDER FINDING A BUDDY TO SHARE THIS JOB. This will be a back up the GKAISA GroupMe.

Job shifts, worker meetings, etc.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

Thursday: 10 & Under Day

• Be there at 12:30 PM
• Our team warm ups are at 1 PM
• Meet starts at 3 PM
• Being at warm ups would be recommended so your swimmer is used to the blocks, their stroke count on backstroke, etc.

Friday: 11 & Up

• Be there at 7:00 AM
• Our team warm ups are at 7:25 AM
• Meet starts at 9 AM
• Being at warm ups would be recommended so your swimmer is used to the blocks, their stroke count on backstroke, turns, etc.

Saturday: Finals (all ages)

WE DO NOT KNOW OUR WARM UP TIMES THIS WILL COME OUT FRIDAY AFTER 11 & Up prelims.

• Meet starts at 10:30 AM
• Team banquet at 6 PM at KRC

If you plan to enjoy dinner at the banquet, please RSVP by Friday at 12:00 PM (noon) so we can provide an accurate meal count to Salsarita's.

Please complete the Google RSVP Form for each family member who will be eating dinner. We will have a volunteer checking in guests to ensure everyone who RSVP'd receives their dinner
