Hello KRC!

Tomorrow we'll have our regular practice schedule, so please plan to attend your normal practice time.

Practice will be focused on getting everyone ready for City Meet as we fine-tune our strokes, starts, and turns.

After practice, we'll kick off one of our favorite traditions—our City Meet Spirit Day! Swimmers are invited to join us for popsicles, temporary tattoos, and pedicures as we get our "war paint" on and show our KRC spirit heading into City Meet weekend!

Our Spirit Day festivities will begin at 9:00 AM and continue throughout the morning so swimmers from all age groups can participate. 13 & Up swimmers, feel free to come early to get your nails done and your temporary tattoos before practice if you'd like! (but we will have supplies for 13Ups after as well)

We can't wait to see everyone there. Let's have some fun, build excitement, and get ready to race!
