The pool opens today, May 21st! We are excited to kick off the season with everyone.

With rain in the forecast today and throughout the upcoming week, we wanted to remind everyone of our rain and inclement weather policy.

Rain Policy

• We will remain open and continue swimming in the rain as long as temperatures are safe for staff and swimmers and staff can clearly see patrons and the bottom of the pool.
• If there is thunder, staff will clear the pool and pool deck. We will wait 30 minutes before re-entering the water.
• If there is lightning, staff will clear the pool and pool deck. We will wait 1 hour before re-entering the water.
• Every time thunder or lightning occurs, the waiting period restarts.

If you drop off older swimmers and weather conditions require the pool to close, please be prepared to pick them up as soon as possible. We cannot have children remain at the facility all day during inclement weather conditions.

If we decide to close the pool for the entire day due to inclement weather, we will notify membership by email, Facebook, and Instagram. This helps reduce employee and facility costs on days with very low attendance due to weather.

*There is a possibility we may close early today (5/21) due to incoming weather. We will send out a notification once a decision has been made.
